Summary:
Develops, plans, and directs the statewide clinical activities at multiple locations in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Advises the Executive Director and Joint Practice Board regarding clinical programs, issues, and policies. Recommends organizational objectives to and other regulatory standards of quality patient care and financial profitability. Ensures compliance with OSHA Compliance Program to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the statewide clinical operations for all clinical disciplines.
- Maintain effective clinical staff coverage for the practice within budgetary guidelines.
- Oversee the completion of performance evaluations including development of performance objectives and development goals each year.
- Directs the correct use of charge codes and educates all clinical staff in accordance with practice service objectives.
- Develops annual operating goals and budget for the clinical department in support of the practices business plan.
Requirements:
- Must have a Bachelors degree in nursing, healthcare, or business field required (MSN, MBA or MHA preferred).
- 7 minimum years of experience in healthcare management; 3 years must include supervisory experience.
- Experience in Oncology/Hematology office management.
- Must have a current licensure for applicable clinical educational background; ONC credential preferred.
